Herbs are not only beautiful to look at, but are full of flavor and love to be added to your favorite dishes.  They are also incredibly helpful in maintaining a healthy body.  We will learn about a variety of herbs and how their unique characteristics  improve our digestion, our emotions and inspire us to make better food choices. Most of these herbs can be grown right outside your very own kitchens either in the ground or in pots. Come celebrate herbs and their gift of healing.
